We raise Desi cows (i.e. indigenous breed of cow) on our farm. Their pure and fresh A2 milk is the foundation of our 100% pure A2 Desi Ghee.  

Desi cow milk is rich in A2 beta-casein protein, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats, making it a nutritious choice.

A2 Milk

We hand-milk our Desi cows twice a day, at the crack of dawn around 5 AM and again in the evening around 5 PM. This ensures the freshest and most nutritious milk for our products.

Curd

We boil the A2 milk in an iron pot over a wood fire. Once cooled, we add a bit of buttermilk and let it set overnight to form curd.

Bilona

Every morning, we churn fresh curd using the traditional Bilona method to separate white butter from buttermilk. This white butter is then used to make our A2 Desi Cow Ghee.

A2 Ghee

This white butter is then gently heated in an earthen pot, separating the pure ghee from the milk solids. 

This traditional method yields 100% pure A2 Desi Cow Ghee, crafted through the ancient process of curd churning.
